We are looking for someone who enjoys early mornings, has an eye for detail, and goes the extra mile to make our guests want to return. Just like us, you want to give our guests the best start to their day.

The work involves our two nearby accommodations – Hemmet Simrishamn's Hostel & B&B and Aurora B&B. The operations are close to each other and run within the same organization, which means that the work may be located at both places.

To fit the role, we see that you are an early riser, cheerful, and alert. For a couple of hours in the morning, the pace can be high, and it is required that you can work structured even when there is a lot to do. Experience is a plus, but for us, it is the people who make the difference.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, who is meticulous and enjoys spreading joy among both guests and colleagues.

The working hours are mainly in the morning and forenoon. The position is on an as-needed basis and is suitable for you who are flexible and can work when needed. There is also the opportunity to work before the high season and during the summer.

Your main tasks are as follows;

• Preparation and setup of the breakfast buffet

• Keep the buffet well-stocked and attractive during serving hours

• Take care of the dishes both during and after breakfast

• The positions also involve cleaning rooms
