JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and cooking of meals including special and consistency-adapted diets
• Dishwashing, cleaning, serving, and self-control
• Administrative tasks such as orders, invoice management, and dietary data management
• Participation in various current working groups
• Introduction of new employees
• Mentoring for interns, summer workers, and other participants in various labor market measures
• Plan and distribute daily work within the operational group
• Participate in the development work of the Meal Unit

QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary education, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Work experience from restaurants or large kitchens
• Basic knowledge of the Office package
• Ability to understand and follow current work instructions
• Proficiency in Swedish in speech, writing, and comprehension
• Experience working with Matilda or other dietary data systems
• Experience working with Proceedo or other e-commerce systems

Meritorious:

• Driver's license B and access to a personal vehicle
• Further education in the restaurant or large kitchen industry

The position is located in Lönsboda, with weekend work every third weekend.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be based on the needs of the operation.
