Karlsen’s Food & Wine at Crownwood Club is located in the heart of northwestern Skåne, surrounded by sea, forest, and open landscapes. The facility offers top-class golf with an 18-hole course and an 11-hole course of international standard, along with a culinary experience that matches the whole.

We are now looking for more dedicated and quality-conscious chefs who want to be part of our kitchen team and contribute to a high-class gastronomic experience for our members and guests. The position is initially a seasonal employment starting from April to October, with the possibility of an extended working degree for the right person.

About the position

As a chef at Karlsen’s Food & Wine, you will work in a professional and ambitious kitchen where creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration are in focus. Working hours are varied and include weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility of more hours during peak season and at events.

You will be an important part of both preparation and service and are expected to contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workflow in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to the menu with high quality and precision
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation according to our standards
• Ensure order, structure, and good hygiene at your workstation
• Collaborate closely with others in the team for a smooth kitchen flow
• Receive and check deliveries
• Contribute ideas and engagement in the development of menus and dishes
