About the position

In the role of Construction Manager, you play a key role in leading the department and together you shape working methods that enable efficient manufacturing and delivery. You lead the construction department towards innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions while also contributing with practical construction work.

You and your department are involved in the entire project phase and are responsible for design and construction. You work closely with our site managers, clients, and other colleagues while ensuring quality. A central part of your mission is to exercise a present leadership style, coach and develop your employees, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Main responsibilities

· Lead and develop construction work cost-effectively and safely with a focus on quality, efficiency, and competence development.

· Ensure that design follows standards, laws, and regulations.

· Be responsible for the construction department's quotation work, invoicing, and financial follow-up.

· Participate in the company's growth by meeting clients and customers.

We are looking for someone who

· Has several years of experience in construction work and experience in leading teams.

· Is a mechanical engineer or has other relevant education or equivalent work experience.

· Has good computer skills and knowledge of software within Construction and Mechanical (e.g., Tekla, Robot, AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault, SimSolid).

· Has strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style.

· Experience in the industry is considered an advantage.

· Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· Is structured and technically knowledgeable.
