We are looking for a confident leader who has a genuine interest in creating engagement and trust among your employees and wants to help develop our operations in Gothenburg.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your employees and creating good conditions for both personal and professional development. As part of our ongoing pursuit of improvement, you are expected to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement in daily operations.
As a Production Leader, you are the extended arm of the terminal manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the work of the terminal's production staff on the sorting and associated drivers. You ensure clear priorities through structured delegation of responsibilities and tasks, focusing on efficient flows, high delivery precision, and a well-functioning operation.
The operations are conducted both day and night, which means close and continuous collaboration with production leaders during night shifts. Together, you work solution-oriented to handle daily challenges and plan operations based on both customer and Martin & Servera's needs.
In addition to operational responsibilities, you have overall responsibility for personnel issues within your department. This includes employee conversations, development discussions, follow-ups, rehabilitation cases, and recruitment. You have close support from the terminal manager, HR department, and other central functions within the organization. Currently, the personnel responsibility includes five sorters and five of your own drivers.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the work environment is managed according to applicable requirements and guidelines. Safety rounds, cleaning routines, and responsibility for vehicles are therefore a natural and important part of the role.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we believe that you:
- Have experience in a supervisory position or other relevant experience in leading, such as implementing larger projects
- Have good system skills and have previously worked with personnel planning
- Have a positive and professional attitude towards change work and problem-solving
- Possess good communication skills and speak and write fluent Swedish
- Are skilled in follow-up and planning
If you also have knowledge of Lean and work with continuous improvements, it is an advantage.
Your workplace
The position is located at our terminal in Gothenburg, where about 32 employees currently work. The terminal in Gothenburg is organizationally part of the Transport area at the warehouse in Halmstad. You will work in a great team where everyone contributes with humor, warmth, and their different experiences.
