Summer Jobs in Production and Laboratory in Bohus

We are currently looking for summer workers at Nouryon in Bohus.

These roles we wish to fill during the summer of 2026:

Production – Process Operator / Daytime Operator

In our dynamic production environment within the process industry, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting manufacturing process. Your work will involve monitoring and optimizing production processes, conducting rounds and sampling, and performing analyses according to established routines and instructions. You will also handle important logistics tasks, including forklift driving and loading.

To qualify for the position, you should have at least a high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus such as process, control engineering, chemistry, or mechanical engineering. It is an advantage if you are studying at a college or university or have a vocational education focused on processes. A driver's license, forklift license, and experience with similar tasks are advantageous.

The work is scheduled for both daytime and shifts. We are looking for someone who is flexible and practical, enjoys teamwork but can also take initiative to solve problems. If you are ready for a challenging and varied role in an innovative environment, we look forward to your application.

Production – Logistics Operator

As a logistics operator, you will work in the logistics group with packing, transporting, and loading our finished products. You will follow routines and instructions and perform practical work. The work is scheduled for daytime.

You should have at least a high school diploma. A driver's license, forklift license, and experience with similar tasks are advantageous. As a person, you are flexible and practical. The work can be done both individually and in a group, and you have the ability to see connections and logic in the work.

Laboratory

At the analysis laboratory, you will work with process analyses, environmental analyses, analyses of finished products, and raw material analyses using advanced analytical equipment. You will report the analyses in our LIMS system.

Another laboratory area is within Research and Development (R&D), where you can work in laboratory or pilot scale as support for ongoing R&D projects or to evaluate ideas in the area of Renewable Fibers.

We are looking for someone who has started a university or college education in, for example, chemistry or chemical engineering, preferably with a focus on analytical chemistry. The work is scheduled for daytime. As a person, you are analytical, orderly, and structured.

Other qualifications for all roles

• We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are attentive and have a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• For laboratory positions, it is advantageous if you are a college student.
• You should be available for work between June 1 and August 31.
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, according to labor environment legislation.

The summer jobs are temporary vacation positions during all or part of the period June-August. Work for all roles takes place at Nouryon in Bohus. Some mandatory introduction and training may take place before the summer.
