Job Description

As a Receiving Inspector, you will work with the reception of materials and reading of drawings. Your task will be to ensure that the materials comply with drawing requirements. You will also ensure that received materials are handled correctly from the moment they arrive until they are presented for production. Furthermore, you will have contact with various instances such as purchasing and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of received materials
• Reading of drawings
• Documentation and reporting
• Ongoing contact with various instances

The assignment is full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday with the possibility of flexibility. You will start as a consultant with a good chance of being taken over by the client eventually. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenships.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Receiving Inspector, we see that you have experience in material inspection. You have a good experience in reading drawings, and it is an advantage if you have worked with mechanics before. As a person, we see that you are meticulous and quality-conscious. You are also adaptable and can handle multiple work processes simultaneously. You have good computer skills and enjoy alternating your work with various administrative tasks. You are also service-oriented as much of the work involves collaborating and cooperating within the unit as well as across organizational interfaces.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in material inspection
• Good experience in reading drawings
• Experience in mechanical work
• Computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
