Parts Person for Toveks Bil in Åmål

We are a family-owned business in its first generation, operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who is still the main owner. We have approximately 850 employees within the group and generate around 5 billion SEK in revenue. We have facilities in 18 locations primarily in Western Sweden and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.

We operate under three different companies, but under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

About the Position

We are looking for a parts person for our facility in Åmål.

As a parts person with us, your main task will be to order, stock, and deliver spare parts to our workshops and customers. You will be responsible for receiving customers at the store counter, answering incoming calls and emails, supporting our technicians with spare parts, pricing items, and assisting our service advisors with upselling and guidance towards our customers. In the workshop, we support each other and help out in various positions such as estimating insurance damages, ordering parts, unpacking goods, etc.

The computer and its systems are your primary working tools. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the correct parts are ordered and returned when necessary.

An important part of your job is to make our customers feel welcome and to ensure they receive the service and assistance they need from us.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in a service or sales role who enjoys a position with a lot of customer contact. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with spare parts in a similar role. As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and good at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. We also believe you are a proficient computer user and can easily adapt to new systems and tasks. We have many years of experience in-house, and you will receive training both internally and externally.
