Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for two driven team leaders for the receiving department at one of our clients in Borås. We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience who is confident in taking responsibility in an operational environment.

As a team leader in the receiving department, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations. You will lead and distribute work within the team, ensure that incoming deliveries are handled correctly and efficiently, and report regularly to your immediate supervisor. The role requires clarity, decisiveness, and good collaboration skills.

You have previously worked as a receiving manager and feel comfortable in this type of role. To succeed in this position, we see that you are an engaged team player who takes clear responsibility in daily tasks. You have a natural ability to lead others, are confident in your decisions, and dare to take initiative when the situation requires it.

You are unpretentious, clear in your leadership, and actively contribute to good cooperation and a positive work environment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has documented leadership experience
Has previous experience in receiving operations
Is assertive and enjoys taking responsibility
Is structured, solution-oriented, and flexible
Has a forklift license (A and B), and experience with reach trucks
Has knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have:

Experience working with computers and various business systems
