Description

The Care Administration is seeking a nursing assistant for home care in the south.

Permanent positions at 100% and 80% with start date to be agreed upon.

Job Responsibilities

Work in home care involves providing good care and service to clients in their own homes within the framework of assistance decisions according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform health and medical tasks as delegated or instructed by a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The position is currently in home care, but the employment applies to Tanum Municipality, which means you may be transferred to another part of the organization if needs change.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program with advanced courses in "Care and Nursing for Dementia" and "Elderly Health and Quality of Life", or education deemed equivalent by the employer. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the upper secondary level. We place great importance on your experience in care and nursing work, but also want you to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in someone else's home. To perform the job satisfactorily, you must have good planning skills, be flexible, and independent.

Conditions

Tanum Municipality applies individual salary setting. Requirement for you to have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or be covered by transitional regulations to be offered employment.
