About Us

The Property Department, which is part of the Office for Community Building, is responsible for managing, building, and developing the municipality's operational premises, such as preschools, schools, care facilities, and housing, as well as facilities and venues for sports and culture.

The department is led by the property manager, who has three units under them: the project and property development unit, the management unit, and the operations unit. The project and property development unit consists of project managers, project coordinators, and energy-climate environmental coordinators. The management unit consists of property managers, project managers for planned maintenance, and property administrators. The operations unit consists of operations technicians, caretakers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, facility managers for fire alarms, coordinators, and green space managers.

About the Position

As an operations technician, you will work independently and in a team with the operation and maintenance of our property portfolio. This means being responsible for supervision/care, repairs, and preventive maintenance of technical installations such as cooling, heating, electricity, water and sewage, air treatment systems, and control and monitoring systems. A strong focus is placed on supervision, executing work orders, and managing repairs in our properties.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in operations/property technology or equivalent education that we consider comparable.
• Professional experience in the field.
• Driver's license, at least B.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and administrative knowledge.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of swimming water technology.
• Electrical authorization of some kind.

As a person, you are stable and structured. We also see that you are collaborative and solution-oriented to fit into the role.
