Licensed Occupational Therapist for Municipal Primary Care – Öckerö Municipality

Your Mission

As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will work person-centered and interdisciplinary with physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and care coordinators. You will, among other things: conduct individual functional assessments, design and follow up rehabilitation plans, prescribe assistive devices, participate in care planning and SIP meetings, and guide and educate care staff, including in transfer techniques and daily rehabilitation.

You will meet patients in special and regular housing, short-term care, as well as in housing with special support and daily activities. Documentation is done in Lifecare.

The rehabilitation group is based in the newly built elderly care facility Solhöjden Södra with modern premises, beautiful views, and free parking. Since our area consists of ten islands, we offer both electric cars/hybrids and electric bikes for smooth transportation between patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Enjoys working independently and in a team
  • Has a good ability to prioritize, communicate, and build good relationships
  • Is proactive, flexible, and attentive
  • Masters Swedish in speech and writing
  • Has a B driver's license and BankID

Employment

Working hours: Mon–Fri, weekdays without weekends
