Are you a licensed nurse who thrives in an environment where safety and professionalism go hand in hand? We at Randstad are now looking for a reliable and independent consultant for a long-term assignment with one of our clients in the justice system in Gothenburg.

As a nurse in this operation, you will work in a unique environment that places high demands on your ability to make independent assessments. We are looking for someone with previous experience working within the correctional system who can quickly become an asset to the care team on site.

The assignment is full-time starting in March 2026.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing health care interventions within the framework of the operation's mission.
• Handling medications via Pascal.
• Documentation and follow-up in the PMO journal system.
• Assessments of patients' health status in a security-classified environment.
• Collaboration with other personnel categories within the authority to ensure good care and safety.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you meet the following:

• Licensed nurse.
• Previous professional experience working within the correctional system.
• Good knowledge of the PMO journal system and the Pascal medication system.
• Experience working in detention facilities in Gothenburg is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the communication system RAKEL is considered an advantage.

As the operation is security-classified, a passed security clearance (Security Class 1) is required.
