About Hammarby Daily ActivitiesHammarby daily activities provide meaningful work tasks for individuals with disabilities, tailored to each person's needs and circumstances. Security is created through fixed groups and personally designed activities. The facility has 48 full-time places with opportunities for external internships. The target group is adults within group 1. An engaged team of about 17 people, including occupational therapists, business developers, and craft educators, operates the facility run by Nytida on behalf of the City of Stockholm.

Hammarby daily activities are located in Södermalm, between Vitabergsparken and northern Hammarbyhamnen, with good transport links via bus, ferry, and subway (the nearest station is Skanstull, about a 15-minute walk).

Your experience and knowledgeYou have a high school education in healthcare and social care, for example as a nursing assistant. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. You have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people, are responsible, and have personal maturity. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our employees' best interests at the forefront of everything you do.
