Medical Responsible Licensed Audiologist
After 16 years in the role, our medically responsible audiologist is moving on to new challenges. We are now looking for someone who wants to take over and continue to drive and develop Audika's audiological journey together with an engaged and competent team.

About the Role
As the Medical Responsible Audiologist, you will be central to Audika's systematic quality work. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations comply with guidelines within primary hearing rehabilitation and in line with Audika's global audiology strategy, ATRT working methodology, and the Health and Medical Services Act.
You will combine clinical work with collaborative tasks and be the internal contact person, ensuring that patient care and treatment are conducted according to applicable laws and guidelines, as well as maintaining high quality and patient safety where medical expertise is lacking.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Support operational managers and audiologists in medical and audiological matters.
- Be responsible for medical assessments within the framework of primary hearing rehabilitation for leaders where medical expertise is lacking.
- Be responsible for medical assessments where medical expertise is lacking. Identify and highlight medical and qualitative deficiencies and suggest improvements.
Operational and Clinical Tasks
- Conduct your own patient clinic within primary hearing rehabilitation.
- Assessment and handling of cases from the patient board, IVO, deviations, and other occurrences where external parties are involved and/or will be involved.
- Be responsible for the introduction within Audika Academy related to selected areas within audiology.
- Ensure audiological quality and provide support in patient-related matters.
Collaboration and Communication
- Be responsible for annual planning of practice-based education (VFU).
- Represent Audika externally within region-driven operations.
- Ensure that questions about care and aids follow internal routines.
- Review medical routines and processes in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Ordinance.

Key Competencies
- Deep knowledge of audiology and quality management.

Qualifications
- Audiologist degree (3-year bachelor's degree).
- Licensed audiologist (National Board of Health and Welfare).
- At least 5 years of experience in the hearing industry.
Location and Scope
Location: Stockholm. Scope: full-time, 40 hours a week (60% patient clinic – 40% medical responsibility (distribution may vary throughout the year based on business needs). Travel may occur.
