Mechanic at Heidelberg Materials Cement Factory in Slite
Heidelberg Materials cement factory in Slite is transitioning to produce cement with zero net carbon dioxide emissions by 2030. Your Role
We offer a varied job in a workshop and factory environment. As a mechanic, you will work with troubleshooting and repairs, reporting these in our maintenance system SAP. You are also expected to participate in the department's work to optimize and develop maintenance and to take part in working groups within projects, maintenance, and operations.

Your Profile
You are an engaged and solution-focused person who enjoys analyzing problems and thrives in working independently while also being a good team player with communicative skills. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work physically as our mechanics are mostly active and mobile throughout the workday. We are looking for someone who is a trained mechanic or has equivalent education that the employer deems comparable. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form are required. If you have experience in preventive or corrective maintenance within the industry, we consider it an advantage.
Application
We are now looking for two mechanics: one for a permanent position and one for a parental leave replacement full-time until 261231.
