Job Responsibilities ⚡

As an installation electrician with us, you will work with the installation of electrical equipment in various types of properties. You will work with everything from power and lighting to telecommunication, data, fire alarms, and access control systems. You will collaborate closely with other professional groups and our internal teams towards common goals.

Contracting is a significant part of our business, and we see good growth in the coming years. Since we already have an ongoing project, we see strong opportunities to get more projects in the near future - therefore, we want to strengthen our team with colleagues who want to help create the future ELAK Gotland!

Your Profile 🧑‍🔧

You who are applying have an education as an electrician, an ECY certificate for completed apprenticeship, and a few years of work experience as an installation electrician. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is a requirement.

In the long run, we also see that we will take on jobs in service in Gotland, so if you have experience as a service electrician and can initially consider working on the contracting side, you are warmly welcome to apply.

About the Employer - ELAK AB

ELAK AB was founded in 2010 by two dedicated and skilled electricians - the name comes from "EL Anders Krister". They had come to a crossroads where the idea of starting their own company was born. There, they would value engaged, responsible employees and the knowledge that they create together. Together, they decided to start what is now ELAK AB.

Today, the company has developed into a larger player and has framework agreements with, among others, Uppsala Municipality and Uppsala Municipality School Properties. In 2024, the company had a turnover of 133 million and currently has about 80 employees.
