Töreboda municipality is now looking for several nursing assistants for elderly care.

We currently have open positions in home care.

In home care, we apply annual working hours with a flexible work schedule, which means you have the opportunity to influence your working hours. QUALIFICATIONS:

· You who apply should be a trained nursing assistant and have proof of protected professional title. If you also have a specialist nursing assistant education, it is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

· B driver's license and ability to cycle

· Basic digital competence

We prefer that you have experience in care work, knowledge of documentation, and experience working in the Life Care operational system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your assignment includes providing good personal care with consideration for the users' individual needs and their self-determination, as well as performing health and medical tasks delegated by licensed health and medical personnel (HSL) such as medication management, wound care, etc.

The assignment also includes:

- working with palliative care at the end of life

- having a rehabilitative approach

- communicating with patients, relatives, and other professionals in the organization as well as other actors

- documenting in the patient journal Lifecare according to the Social Services Act

- having one or more areas of responsibility based on needs

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

B driver's license is required.

POSITIONS: 10 positions 100% permanent. Start date by agreement.
