Sales Associate Wanted!

We are looking for more Polare who want to work extra as sales associates in one of our retail pools for Lindex or MQ. As a Polare, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You will be earmarked for a retail chain and will move between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We collaborate with MQ and Lindex in Norrtälje but also have partnerships with Hemtex and Lagerhaus in the Stockholm area.

As a sales associate, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience and exceed customer expectations.

You are outgoing and actively engage with customers. You show availability and openness and are there for various customers' specific needs. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store to achieve your set goals.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a requirement that you have another main occupation for at least a year ahead. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or you are self-employed with an active F-tax.
• You have completed high school and are at least 18 years old.
• You have previously worked as a sales associate with personal sales in retail.
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the possibility of weekend and evening work.
• You can work irregular hours and at short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are physically fit and can perform all tasks in the store without hindrance.
