Summer Substitute at Region Västmanland

Job Description

As a summer substitute, you are a central part of the care work around each individual patient, with varying tasks depending on the workplace. We offer an individually tailored introduction to help you feel secure in your role. In your application, you can prioritize your workplace preferences.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, or a student in the nursing program (term 4) or medical program (term 5).
• Experience in healthcare or emergency care and knowledge of the Cosmic journal system is an advantage.
• As you need to communicate verbally and in writing with patients, relatives, and colleagues, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Other language skills are a plus.

As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others and are accommodating in your approach. You like development, challenges, and a fast-paced work environment!

Employment Conditions

Summer substitute position for summer 2026, full-time or part-time. Schedule with day, night, or rotational shifts.

Start date by agreement.
