Your Role

As a composite operator, you will participate in the production of military products made from composites. Tasks that may be included in the position are, for example, winding and turning in composites, gluing of fittings, visual inspections, as well as measurements of products and machine monitoring. Troubleshooting and operator maintenance may also be included in the role.

You will be part of a team where there is good camaraderie, clear goals, and an unpretentious collaboration. The role includes both teamwork and independent tasks.

The position is located in Malmslätt, Linköping, and the working hours will be scheduled in two shifts.

Your Profile

This is the position for you who want to try changing your career completely or just want to develop your workshop experience! Whether you have previous experience in similar roles or not, we would like you to have some kind of practical work experience, which can be from either private life or professional life. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities; we prefer you to be driven, curious, and cooperative. We also hope you are proficient in both Swedish and English and have computer skills.

Desirable qualifications for the position:

• Previous work with composite materials
• Experience in workshop work
• Experience working with business systems.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
