About the position

As an assembler at Husqvarna, you can work with various tasks within production, primarily involving material processing and component assembly. You work independently but are part of a team that strives towards common goals.

The position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period and the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. A requirement for the position is that you can work 2 shifts (Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00, Mon-Thu 14:00-23:30). However, daytime and constant night shifts may also occur.

About you

We are looking for someone who preferably has experience in assembly or other industrial work. To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, appreciate clear routines, and are meticulous in your work. You understand how each task affects the overall production chain and are eager to contribute to achieving common goals.

As a person, you are responsible, stress-resistant, and have a positive attitude. You enjoy repetitive tasks, are curious, and motivated to learn new skills. Collaboration and adherence to instructions are important qualities for you. You can also communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Personal suitability is crucial, but we particularly value if you have:

• Experience in assembly or similar practical work.
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift license A1–A4
