Your ResponsibilitiesOur production team in our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of over 30 dedicated employees and is led by Joakim and Thomas. We have diverse backgrounds, which allows us to complement each other and benefit from our combined experience. Here we work as a team, where initiative and problem-solving are at the forefront. We value an open and inclusive work environment where all ideas are welcome and contribute to shaping the future of space production.

• Be responsible for our 7-axis machine with dual work tables and an X-axis with a 9-meter stroke.

• Participate in the transition from single-piece manufacturing to series production of the machine.

• Collaborate in a cross-functional CNC team alongside programmers, production engineers, and preparers.

• Monitor and optimize the machine's capacity to maintain high efficiency and quality.

• Contribute improvement suggestions to streamline processes and workflows.

• Engage in problem-solving and development of the machine's applications.

• Work in various shifts, including times outside of regular hours. We are especially looking for someone who wants to work weekends.

Your ProfileWe see that you have relevant work experience in CNC milling and have previously worked with a machine that has 5 axes or more. If you have knowledge of Siemens control systems as well as experience in reading drawings and working with carbon fiber, this is considered an asset. Furthermore, we see that you are structured and meticulous in your work approach and maintain a high quality in everything you do. You are engaged and enjoy having a lot of responsibility in your work. You thrive in team environments and have good collaboration skills.
