Experienced Programmer/CNC Operator Wanted

We are now looking for an experienced programmer/CNC operator for our industry in Söderköping. In this role, you will hold a key position in production where you will work both operationally and developmentally.

About the Position

The position is a permanent employment within the manufacturing industry located in Söderköping. The role involves increased technical responsibility and a coordinating element in production, where you contribute with your experience and serve as support for both colleagues and the business.

The scope of employment, working hours, and salary will be determined by agreement. Experience and competence will govern both the design of the role and the level of compensation.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Programming and working with CNC machines with FANUC control systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in machines and programs
• Monitoring production and ensuring quality and efficiency
• Working on improvements and streamlining processes
• Reporting to the immediate supervisor regarding production, deviations, and improvement suggestions
• Training and supporting other CNC operators as needed

The position entails a certain level of responsibility and is suitable for you who thrive in a slightly leading role where you can take initiative and contribute with a coordinating role in production.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a programmer/CNC operator
• Very good knowledge of FANUC control systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing CNC processes
• Technical understanding and a structured working method
