Machine Setter Wanted at Euroform Group

We are sailing smoothly and need to expand our team with an experienced machine setter who wants to contribute to delivering high-quality components to our customers.

About the Role

The role is practical, technically clear, and important for the whole. You will work closely with production and have a significant influence on how the process works in everyday life. There is room for craftsmanship, responsibility, and improvement work. Your main tasks include:

• Setting up, starting, and optimizing injection molding machines for production
• Ensuring smooth tool changes and efficient startups
• Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments during ongoing production
• Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments
• Contributing to continuous improvements and technical development

Your Background

We are looking for someone who knows their craft and thrives on order, structure, and quality in production. You are confident in your role, see what needs to be done, and take responsibility for ensuring that machines and processes work as they should. We are seeking someone who has:

• Documented experience as a machine setter in injection molding or similar manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of reading drawings, tolerances, and process parameters
• A proactive work approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• A strong focus on quality and safety
• The ability to work shifts if needed
