Attendo Lillgårdsvägen is a special accommodation with 54 places, half of which are for residents with dementia and the other half for residents with somatic conditions. The facility is located in Tungelsta, Haninge municipality and has very good transport links with both bus and train stations nearby.

Job Description

As a nurse, you will have care responsibilities for your patients and work closely with nursing staff in a team.

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by working with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

In our accommodations, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the accommodation. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
