About the Position

As a telemarketer with us, you will work with outbound sales over the phone, where you will contact both new and existing customers to offer products from mobile operator 3. Your task is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. It is a dynamic and challenging role where you have the chance to influence both your own and the company's success.

✔️ You enjoy talking on the phone and connecting with people.

✔️ You are fearless, confident, and have the ability to persuade.

✔️ You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

✔️ You are goal-oriented and motivated by results.

✔️ Experience in sales is a plus, but your willingness to learn and develop is the most important.

What we offer:

📞 Commission-based salary with high potential – The average salary is around 25,000 SEK/month, while our top sellers earn up to 40,000 SEK/month.

🛡️ Secure start with 150 SEK/hour in guaranteed salary – During your first three months, we guarantee 150 SEK per hour, allowing you to focus on settling into the role and developing as a salesperson.

🕒 Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
