At Mathias Dahlgren's bakery Rågbrödsbageri Green Rabbit, classic craftsmanship is spiced with new ideas and playfulness. Here we bake our daily bread.

In our bakery on Tegnérgatan, you will find not only various types of bread and pastries but also breakfast, salad & soup lunch. For us, craftsmanship and the choice of raw materials are crucial for the high quality we stand for.

Mathias Dahlgren's award-winning Bakery Green Rabbit is now looking for a Baker.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a craft bakery. We are a small team of 5 people, including 2 bakers. We seek someone who is passionate about the craft, can contribute knowledge, is attentive, and can work independently.

We bake sourdough bread using organic grains and carefully select our ingredients for the best taste and results.

The position is a 100% temporary baker role starting in mid-March, with salary to be agreed upon.
