We work with high-quality fresh produce, cheeses and delicacies, dry-aged meat, fresh fish, and seafood. About the role

We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled employee for our bakery and pastry team at Sabis Fältöversten. In this role, you will work on producing a wide range of products, from artisanal sourdough loaves to high-quality pastry products and desserts. You will be an important part of the daily production and will also help drive and develop the department forward in close collaboration with the bakery manager.

You will be involved in planning and executing production and actively contribute to creating an attractive, customer-oriented, and well-functioning bakery. The role also involves some responsibility for leading and supporting colleagues in their daily work. Sabis Fältöversten is a store with high ambitions, and the department is in a development phase, aiming to grow and strengthen its offerings further. A major renovation of the entire store is planned, providing exciting opportunities to help shape the bakery of the future. Working hours will vary according to store hours, and start date will be agreed upon.

Your profile

You have an education in baking and/or pastry making and a genuine interest in the craft. If you have around five years of professional experience and have previously worked in a retail bakery, we consider this an advantage. You are organized, driven, and have a natural ability to take responsibility and lead, always with the customer in focus.
