As a warehouse employee at Martin & Servera, you will:

• Operate forklifts and pick and complete orders. You will pick all types of food and alcoholic beverages.

• Be physically active as you work with your body and heavy lifting is common.

• Work in two different departments: base and freezer. You will start in the base department.

• The work is scheduled for weekdays in the evening from 16:30 to 23:00. There are also daytime shifts available upon request. Fridays are busy days, and therefore we prefer that you can work three Fridays a month.

• During the summer, we expect you to want and be able to work up to full-time.

• Scheduling is done week by week during the semesters, which makes it very flexible and suitable for your studies. During the summer, you will be assigned a summer schedule.

The start date for the position will be in early 2026, and the work begins with a mandatory two-week paid training.

• A well-paid part-time job where we apply GFL wages.

• Flexible scheduling as you make yourself available on a weekly basis.

• The opportunity to work 1-3 shifts per week.

• Summer jobs up to full-time as well as work during weekends and holidays.

• To be part of a dedicated and close-knit team.

• Are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%.

• Intend to combine this part-time job with your other main occupation for a longer period.

• Want and can work up to full-time during the summer of 2026 and 2027 (mainly weeks 26-35).

• Enjoy a physical and active job.

Furthermore, we see that you are driven and have the ability to maintain pace and focus. Accuracy is of great importance in this job, as incorrect picking has direct consequences for customers. You should also be in good physical shape as there are many heavy lifts at a brisk pace. It is also important that you enjoy working towards clearly defined goals and have a desire to improve!

• You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position.

• To be employed in this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of other main occupations include studies at least half-time (50%), other work where you are guaranteed at least 50% work, self-employment, or elite athletes. You will need to provide proof of your main occupation before potential employment for this position.

• Since workplace introductions, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language.
