We are now looking for driven warehouse workers for Derome Bygg & Industri. Derome is a company that offers a comprehensive range that extends from forest processing and production of wood, construction, and industrial products to equipment rental and construction logistics.

In the role of warehouse worker at Derome, you will primarily be responsible for picking and compiling orders for delivery to our customers. The work is varied and physically demanding, and takes place mostly outdoors in our warehouse operations. You handle materials of various kinds and ensure that the right products are delivered on time and with high quality.

The job entails a great deal of personal responsibility where you often work independently and plan your tasks, while also being an important part of a close-knit team where cooperation and communication are crucial to achieving common goals. Forklift driving is a central part of the daily work, which requires precision, safety awareness, and efficiency. Together, you and your colleagues contribute to a well-functioning warehouse and a high level of service towards Derome's customers.

The working hours are varied, and you will work extra as needed. Day shifts are from 05:00 to 14:00, while evening shifts are between 13:45 and 23:45. The planned start for the position is in February. You will be employed by Student Consulting and work as a consultant at Derome.

We are looking for someone who is driven and takes responsibility for their work. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team. You are flexible and can step in and work on short notice. You need to be available for work 2-3 days a week to be considered for the position. The work places high demands on safety awareness and a meticulous work approach.

Requirements

• Forklift license B1-B2 and good forklift experience
• Another main occupation of at least 50%
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Swedish in spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks or have experience with building materials.
