About the role

As the Vehicle Manager at Halmstad Delivery, you will have the overall responsibility for ensuring that their fleet is always in the right condition – ready to deliver every day. You will work closely with both drivers and management, focusing on service, safety, and smart solutions that make everyday life easier.

Since this position is new, you will have the opportunity to develop working methods and routines – from analyzing tachograph data to implementing new practices and technology.

The position is part-time, 50–80%, depending on your background and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for their fleet and its operation
• Plan and follow up on service, maintenance, and repairs
• Administer and analyze tachograph data and other vehicle documentation
• Build and improve routines for an optimized fleet
• Stay updated on new vehicles and fuel technologies, and drive development
• Collaborate closely with drivers, workshops, and suppliers
• Train drivers in the company's routines and maintenance

• Have experience in similar work and preferably a background as a truck driver
• Have practical vehicle knowledge – from engines to legal requirements
• Have previously worked with tachograph data and regulations
• Are curious about new technology and want to contribute to sustainable development
• Are good at collaborating and building strong relationships
• Have a B driver's license (C/CE is an advantage)
• Have good administrative skills and IT proficiency
