Biltema Logistics is in an exciting phase of development and is now taking an important strategic step by investing in two vehicles for in-house transport related to our internal needs. This means we are looking for truck drivers who not only want to drive – but who want to be part of shaping, developing, and building something new from the ground up. In this role, you will be part of the start of a new function within our organization. About the role:  As a truck driver at Biltema Logistics, you will have overall responsibility for assigned transports between our central warehouses, suppliers, and stores. You will work closely with transport coordinators, warehouse operations, and receiving stores to ensure high delivery precision and good service. 

The work is always carried out in accordance with applicable traffic and professional traffic legislation, driving and rest time regulations, as well as Biltema Logistics procedures and quality requirements. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with other functions. 

Your tasks include, among others: 

• Daily transports according to established schedules 

• Loading, unloading, and secure cargo securing 

• Handling of transport documents and digital reporting 

• You are responsible for your own vehicle - Daily inspection of the vehicle and ensuring that the equipment is handled with care 

• Reporting deviations, damages, or operational disturbances 

• Ongoing dialogue with transport management for effective planning and capacity utilization 

• Professional interaction with store staff and other recipients 

  Who we are looking for:  We are looking for an experienced professional driver with a strong sense of responsibility and a safe driving style. You are meticulous, structured, and understand the importance of following routines, while also being solution-oriented when circumstances change.

You need: 

• CE license and valid YKB 

• ADR piece with valid ADR certificate 

• Documented experience of driving heavy trucks with trailers or semi-trailers – at least 5 years 

• Good knowledge of traffic legislation and driving and rest time regulations 

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written 

• Digital driver's card
