The production site in Emmaboda is the largest within the Xylem Group and we currently have around 1350 employees. The manufacturing process includes all steps from casting to finished product. In addition to the core production activities, the site also houses a distribution center, finance department, product development, IT, HR, and more. About the position

As a machine operator in a production group, you will work in a modern machine park with CNC machines in direct production, mainly in multi-operation machines and lathes. You will also be partially responsible for issues related to production technology, planning, material handling, and development work.

The position is full-time and permanent. The working hours are shift work.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who is driven by working with continuous improvements to develop yourself and the team's delivery.

• We are looking for someone with several years of experience in computer-controlled production within machining.

• You have a valid high school diploma, and it is an advantage if you have a green or blue certificate in machining.
