The Medicine Clinic at Södersjukhuset is one of the largest of its kind in the country.

We provide outpatient and day care services within our medical specialty areas, such as diabetes, endocrinology, lung and allergy, hematology, gastroenterology, and neurology. We work evidence-based in interdisciplinary teams to offer patients the best possible care.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant at the lung and allergy clinic, you will primarily work with administrative tasks. This means that you will systematically create schedule templates, manage time sheets, bookings, invitations, and waiting lists according to given guidelines, all via our journal system Take Care, as well as Alltid Öppet and TeleQ.

You will also conduct preparatory spirometry examinations before doctor visits and assist in planning and booking patients coming for allergy vaccinations (SCIT).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and can easily prioritize and reprioritize tasks. You contribute with a lack of prestige and have a positive attitude towards people in various situations. We seek someone who collaborates well, can work independently, and has a flexible approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in emergency care
• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants

Alternatively:

• Employer certificate confirming that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, according to the transitional provisions of the Patient Safety Act (2010:659)

Meritorious

• Previous experience from outpatient care
• Previous experience in lung and/or allergy care
