Apoteket Tussilagon is a small, cozy pharmacy located next to Stureby nursing home, just a five-minute walk from Svedmyra subway station. We are a team of three pharmacists. Since our pharmacy is located in the same building as the health center, we have steady customer flows throughout the day, and as a pharmacist with us, we help each other with everything from prescription customers to self-care. Apoteket Tussilagon belongs to the same pharmacy group as Morkullan in Bandhagen. As a pharmacist at Apoteket Tussilagon, you also have the opportunity to develop and take on greater responsibility in the role of product manager.The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays: 09:00 - 18:00, Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00, Sundays Closed

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with consultative sales.

• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise.

• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team.

• You stay updated on changes in the pharmaceutical and medication landscape.

• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
