About the Job as a Transport and Logistics Specialist

As a consultant at Jefferson Wells and our client, you will play a key role in optimizing transport and logistics processes and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. You will work closely with internal and external parties to create efficient flows and high service quality. Your responsibilities include:

Transport and Logistics:

• Support selection and management of freight forwarders and customs agents
• Ensure documented processes for loading and unloading
• Verify invoices and follow up on KPIs and costs
• Handle complaints and operational challenges

Trade Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with export control and customs regulations
• Maintain master data and support system improvements (SAP GTS or similar)
• Conduct audits and document import/export processes
• Disseminate knowledge about laws, tariffs, fees, and licenses

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of transport logistics and customs handling, combined with experience in trade compliance. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in transport logistics and customs processes
• Knowledge in trade compliance and preferably experience with SAP GTS or similar systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
