We have three departments with a total of 27 patients. Here you will be part of an engaged team where you collaborate with a nursing colleague in a nearby residence as well as with other professionals. Your role with us

As a nurse, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you have significant caregiving responsibilities. You will work in teams with various internal professionals and external care providers and have the opportunity to plan your workday. The role also includes:

• Planning and implementing care measures
• Documentation
• Delegation of tasks to care staff
• Medication management
• Training and guidance of staff and patients

Your working hours are primarily during the day according to a schedule. In a 12-week period, you will work 4 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly patients who have physical and cognitive disabilities. Furthermore, you should have:

• Nursing license or ongoing education to become a nurse with graduation in the near future
• Valid B driver's license
• Good digital competence and can handle phones, apps, computers, and programs without problems, and have the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools as needed

Previous experience as a nurse, experience from municipal care, or completed specialist training with a focus on district nursing or elderly care is an advantage. As a person, you are structured and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your work. You enjoy collaborating, building good relationships, and working towards common goals. You are also creative, remain calm in challenges, and find new solutions when needed.
