We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a specialist doctor in general medicine, preferably with experience in supervising training doctors and students. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in, or a strong interest in, development work.

To thrive in this role, you need to have good pedagogical insight and be skilled at collaborating with others. In your working style, you are mature and have a good overall view.

Are you experienced and confident in your role as a district doctor? Are you particularly passionate about mentoring future colleagues? We are now looking for you to Hertsön Health Center so that we can expand the opportunities to receive AT and ST doctors and continue building primary care together!

We are a smaller health center in Luleå where we are a group of committed and experienced employees. We have short decision-making paths and are eager to try new working methods, as well as being open to flexible solutions. We are now looking for additional district doctors focused on mentoring our junior doctors, where it is not a hindrance to work part-time. Information about the position

We offer a permanent position during the day. There is an opportunity to work full-time or part-time. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Start date is in March 2026 or according to agreement.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
