We are looking for a licensed nurse with good computer skills. Experience working with orthopedic diagnoses is an advantage. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and proactive. You value and see the benefits of collaboration with others.

What you will work with

The orthopedics department is a regional clinic with operations in Piteå, Gällivare, and Sunderbyn.

As a nurse in the orthopedic department in Sunderbyn, you will primarily work with patients who have acute injuries or issues with the musculoskeletal system.

Some patients may have broken a bone on the ski slopes or been in a traffic accident, while others may have fallen at home and sustained a hip fracture or developed an infection requiring amputation. This means that the patient clientele in orthopedics is varied in terms of age and underlying diseases.

We have a structured working method with pulse meetings, care load measurements, clear routine documents, and quick reference guides. Continuous improvement work is ongoing, partly through our improvement board where everyone has the opportunity to make their voice heard, but also through opportunities for individual areas of responsibility.

Daily, we work with the Green Cross to identify risks in care, as well as to follow up on how the staff's day has been, as we have a strong focus on a good working environment and ensuring that everyone enjoys their job.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
