Are you our next star instructor who thrives as much at high altitudes as on the ground?
(We also welcome English-speaking applicants!)
About Upzone
At Upzone, we help people grow – both as individuals and as a group. Through our fun and challenging activities among the treetops, we strengthen courage, collaboration, trust, and joy.
We offer experiences and events for individuals, schools, and companies – both among the treetops and down on the ground. Our goal is to create memorable adventures where safety, joy, and customer satisfaction are always in focus.
We are now looking for engaged and adventurous guides who want to help create experiences that make people grow – both among the treetops and down on the ground!
Your Role
As an adventure guide with rescue responsibility, you will be part of an engaged team working outdoors among the treetops. The days are varied, fast-paced, and full of interactions with people. You will instruct our guests on how to use the equipment and navigate our high ropes courses – and sometimes help them safely back down to the ground if needed.
In addition to climbing, you will receive training to lead our other activities, such as Team Activities and various team challenges. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy standing in front of groups, creating energy, and contributing to a fun experience for our guests.
You need to be of legal age to take on rescue responsibility, but you can apply if you turn 18 during the spring or early summer.
For those under 18, we will post a separate ad later in the spring for the role of Adventure Guide without rescue responsibility.
We Offer
A pleasant work environment in nature with wonderful and engaged colleagues. A varied and developing job in an exciting industry. Training according to IAPA standards (International Adventure Park Association). A seasonal job filled with joy, collaboration, and new experiences.
Your Profile
We believe that you:
- Thrive at high altitudes and want nature as your workplace – regardless of the weather
- Are responsible and see solutions instead of problems
- Are comfortable speaking in front of groups and guiding others
- Have a positive attitude and want to give guests that little extra
- Are physically active and enjoy moving around
If you recognize yourself – then we believe you will thrive with us!
Working Hours and Employment
Period 1: April-June 2026
Period 2: July – September 2026
Employment Type: Seasonal employment
We divide the season into two periods because the needs vary during low and high season. You can, of course, apply for both periods.
We are always open on weekends and public holidays, and during the high season (midsummer to the end of August), we are open every day. You will need to be able to work at least 50–75%. During the low season (April–June and September–October), work mainly occurs on weekends, but also on some weekdays for school and corporate bookings.
You will receive a basic schedule before the season starts, so you know how much you will work at a minimum – but additional shifts may be added depending on booking levels.
Training
To be considered for the position, you need to be able to participate in the Adventure Guide training. Dates will be announced later.
Do you feel this is something for you? Do you want to be part of a team that offers adventure, joy, and community every day? Submit your application today – we look forward to hearing from you!
