Store Seller at Lyko? 💄

At Lyko, there are no ordinary stores. We want to change the perception of what retail is and should be. Our Beauty Playground is created to inspire, engage, and invite customers to discover our assortment – in a way that feels both personal and vibrant. That’s how we create engagement, and that’s why our customers come back!

Of course, we think our online store kicks *ss, but it’s in our physical stores that we really make a difference. That’s where we meet our visitors AND that’s where the magic happens. In the interaction, you as a store seller can turn someone’s day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a little tired after the day, and leaves with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That’s exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for store sellers to join our team ahead of the opening of our next Lyko store in Charlottenberg! Here you get the chance to help set the tone from day one – building team spirit, routines, and experiences together with colleagues and leaders.

What you will focus on

Together, we strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world-class – and as a store seller, you are on the front line. With us, you are much more than “just” a store seller. You are an advisor, inspirer, beauty buddy, and an important part of every customer meeting 💗

You make contact, listen, and guide each visitor in a personal way – always with the goal of helping them find the right products for their needs. That’s how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted! Taking care of our visitors is always priority one, two, and three, but beyond that, you ensure they are always met by a fresh, well-stocked, and inspiring store – spotless, simply put!

For this role, we believe that you:

• Love beauty and enjoy sharing knowledge with both customers and colleagues
• Are a passionate seller driven by customer interactions and results
• Are a humble, engaged energy spreader
• Enjoy working both in a team and independently
• Are flexible and used to handling many tasks
• Have relevant education in makeup, hair, or skin (e.g., makeup artist, hairdresser, or skin therapist)
• Are at least 18 years old

Start date: March or by agreement (store opening planned for early April)
Employment type: Permanent
Hours: Various contracts from 5 to 20 hours per week – in your application, you will have the opportunity to choose which extent you are interested in
Salary: According to collective agreement

Are you a Norwegian citizen?
