Leader for Toveks Aftermarket Organization in Mariestad
We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who is still the main owner. We have approximately 850 employees within the group and generate around 5 billion SEK in revenue. We have facilities in 18 locations primarily in Western Sweden and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania. We operate under three different companies, but under a common brand – Toveks Bil.
We are now looking for a leader to drive the development of Toveks' aftermarket organization in Mariestad.
The role involves full responsibility for the service workshop and spare parts management. It includes personnel, budget, and financial responsibility. A strong focus is placed on leadership and developing our work processes and routines to create an efficient workshop with high employee and customer satisfaction. In addition to the role of service manager, you will also act as the site manager for property issues.
We are looking for someone who is driven to create strong teams and strives to work with their colleagues to gain control over the entire work process. We believe that by clearly communicating goals, delegating responsibilities, and following up, you create involvement and enthusiasm around the assignment. All to achieve the organization's high goals regarding customer satisfaction, work environment, profitability, and quality.
You will be responsible for the entire employment cycle - from recruitment, management, and distribution of work, resource and competency assurance, development, and salary setting - to maintaining a safe and regular work environment. You will also be responsible for capital assets such as cars, tools, equipment, and machinery. Promoting high involvement in goals and work processes is central to succeeding in the assignment.
We believe that you, who are applying for this position, have previous experience in leadership and personnel responsibility from the automotive industry or a related technical field. You are customer-oriented, ambitious, performance-driven, and willing to make decisions.
You will report to the Service Market Manager for Toveks Personbilar AB.
