As Bistro Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the bistro and ensuring that operations run smoothly according to our concept. You will be an active part of the team and participate in everything from cooking and serving to sales, dishwashing, and cleaning. Your main responsibilities include:

• Distributing and coordinating tasks within the bistro team

• Ordering ingredients and ensuring that storage and handling follow guidelines

• Promoting the sale of our bistro products and contributing to a pleasant guest experience

• Introducing and training new bistro employees to maintain a high level of service

In this role, you are also expected to be flexible and able to support other departments as needed. For us, the guest's experience is at the center, and we work together to solve the day's challenges with positive energy.

We would like you to have experience from the café, restaurant, or fast-food industry. If you also have training in hotel and restaurant management, that is a plus, but the most important thing is your personality! We are looking for someone who can inspire both guests and colleagues and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You adapt easily, remain calm in stressful situations, and appreciate a structured way of working.

We are looking for a Bistro Team Leader for the summer season. The role is a seasonal full-time position (40 hours/week) and includes working hours in the evenings and weekends, in accordance with collective agreements. In the spring, we offer training that we hope you will participate in.
