Hotel Fratelli at Soltorget in Karlstad opened its doors to guests in April 2024. Guests visiting us seek an experience beyond the ordinary, an experience with that little extra, where food and drink are in focus and where hospitality is unmistakable. With our passion for food and wine, we want to guide our guests through a journey of flavors and aromas. We are now looking for passionate and creative chefs for our three restaurants. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes of the highest quality. Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team is crucial to ensure an efficient working environment and to maintain our high ambitions. We welcome you to share new ideas that fit our concept.

You are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, flexible, interested in developing within your profession, and able to perform under pressure. Guest interaction is an important part of our concept, so we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with our guests and has the ability to create memorable dining experiences.

To be successful in this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef is required. Flexible working hours are a given for us, and you can expect to work both days, evenings, and weekends.
