Job Description

Do you want to work in a technology-oriented profession at a well-established and innovative company? Right now, we at NearYou are looking for a meticulous and driven setter for Fristad Plast – a modern plastic company with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and development.

As a setter at Fristad Plast, you will play a central role in production. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing their injection molding machines and ensuring that production flows according to plan. You will be an important part of an experienced team where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are key. You will work evening shifts with hours from 12:45 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Setup, start, and optimization of injection molding machines
• Tool changes and startup according to production plans
• Troubleshooting and resolution of disturbances
• Quality control and documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a setter in the plastic industry
• Has technical understanding and preferably experience with injection molding
• Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Enjoys working evenings
• Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Preferably has experience leading teams/shifts
