CNC Machinist Wanted

Aröds Mekaniska Verkstad AB is a privately owned company founded in 1951 by Einar Magnusson, initially engaged in mixed mechanical manufacturing. Early on, the company began specializing in contract manufacturing of gears. This focus has developed over the years and has been complemented by the production of keyways and splines, among others, with traditional machining being a significant part of the business.

Our second business area is the sale, repair, and service of most types of pumps as well as service on fans.

We are now looking for a CNC machinist with many years of experience and programming skills.

Job Description

The work consists of CNC milling small to medium-sized series, which places high demands on good knowledge of programming and setting the machine according to drawings, as well as being able to ensure quality independently through measurement techniques. You will primarily work with materials such as steel and aluminum. The work is conducted during daytime hours.

Your Background

The basic requirements are that you have a vocational education in CNC and many years of work experience in cutting machining and machine operation. You have very good skills in reading drawings and measurement techniques. Experience in operating and making adjustments to CNC-controlled machines.

• Programmed and set CNC milling machines
• Previously operated both smaller and larger series

Furthermore, we believe that you are driven to deliver quality in everything you do.
