Leröy Smögen Seafood AB is looking for summer workers in the role of food operator at our production facility in Kungshamn.

Leröy is a complete supplier of fish and seafood products to both retail and restaurant and industry. Our operations include the distribution of fresh and frozen fish products as well as the production of high-value chilled fish and seafood delicacies such as smoked salmon, seafood in brine, and salads.

As a food operator, you will work with the preparation, production, and packaging of fish and seafood products.

Examples of tasks:

· Prepare raw materials, e.g., setup on smoking trolleys/marinating.

· Replenish materials, e.g., raw materials, ingredients, packaging.

· Forklift driving, transport of materials and service.

· Participate in our continuous improvement work.

· Conduct quality controls.

· Monitor production, address stoppages, and make fine adjustments.

As a person, you are reliable, proactive, and responsible. You are used to working at a fast pace while maintaining good quality in your work. Previous experience in the food industry is considered an advantage.
