Machine Operator -

Are you technically inclined and want to be part of an exciting growth journey? We are now looking for dedicated machine operators who want to work with modern production machines in a forward-leaning environment, at our clients in Skövde, Hjo, Skara, Tibro, Mariestad, and Falköping. As a machine operator with us, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company, contribute to high quality, and participate in a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and development are in focus.

Responsibilities –

Monitor, control, and adjust production machines according to established instructions and quality requirements.
Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily service on machines and equipment.
Quality checks of finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
Participate in ongoing improvement efforts for more efficient and safer processes.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and safe work environment.

We are looking for someone who has -

Technical interest and preferably experience working with machines in industry or production.
Ability to follow instructions, work according to routines, and be meticulous in your daily tasks.
Independence, but also a willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to the team's development.
Good reading comprehension of both Swedish and, if necessary, English instructions.
Forklift license and experience in forklift driving are advantageous.
