Fuji Sushi is in an exciting phase of expansion where we want to develop our authentic Vietnamese menu and deepen our Asian flavor experience. We are therefore looking for an experienced chef with a passion for Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine, who wants to be part of creating the next chapter in our flavor journey.

About the position

As a chef with us, you will play a key role in:

Developing and refining our Vietnamese and Japanese dishes.
Creating new flavor experiences and contributing your own ideas to the menu.
Working closely with our team to ensure high quality and authentic flavors.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 6 years of documented experience in Vietnamese and/or Japanese cuisine.
Has a genuine interest in flavor development and creative kitchen work.
Is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a family-oriented yet ambitious team.
